Basil Pesto Shrimp Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Classico Basil Pesto
  • 1 cup Sargento Parmesan Cheese
  • 10 large precooked shrimp (defrosted)
  • 1/2 cup red/green/yellow bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line flat baking pan with foil and spray with Pam.
  3. Place 2 flour tortillas on foil.
  4. Spread 1 tblsp of Classico Basil Pesto on each tortilla.
  5. Cover each evenly with Sargento Parmesean cheese.
  6. Place shrimp and peppers evenly on each tortilla.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden.
  8. ENJOY!
